post your cardio routine

I asked this but thread whent somewhere else. Post how many times a week you do cardio and for how long and why do you think you do that much or that little during a cutter.


I do 45-50mnts 4x week on an in the AM on an emty stomach.
 
Since 1/2 or most stored fats are burned outside of cardio my diet makes up most of my cutting strategy. As for cardio when cutting I turn up the sets, reps, and frequency. I also workout about an hour instead of 45 minutes. My heartrate goes around 130-155 and I get harder and more developed while doing cardio. I've heard people say that you can't get your heart up that fast from lifting, next time you do 15 heavy squats take your pulse! It also saves alot of time. Also I'll be doing way to much HEAVY labor in the sun this summer to consider a stairmaster, bike, or such from work.

I do cardio 4-5X weeks during cuting and the breakdown is:

-Intervals 20 min high-low; stadiums with a weight vest or wind sprints

-Low steady cardio for 45 minutes on a treadmill with the incline set at 12 and speed around 3.2mph

The interval will help to tighten and define my legs and core while the long steady just burns the fat.
 
i usually do 10mins fast walk on treadmill with aincline then to elyptical or bike for 30 second sprint 1minute slow interval training
 
4 times a week in the AM on empty stomach,... i do low interval of treadmill at about 4 mph, incline set on 5...I do this for 35minutes,.... I also do some sprints and speed workout for soccer twice a week,...in the afternoon,... 4x60yard dash,... 6x40yards dash and 2x100yards dash....
