So I got these energy drinks at big lots, kind of like red bull type but $1.88 for 4. Anyway blend these with anything,,, creatine / protein / egg / juice / even milk anything at all and get an awesome tasting, carbonated, very easy to drink breakfest blast. I'm on day 3 making these and you can really feel a differance. Make sure to get the ones that have listed lots of vitamins and minerals and gensing and guafaunis....something. Red bull really isn't that good actually. Let me know how you like them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
