Nosebleed IN THE GYM.

If yall dont know my life has plum ass sucked for the last few weeks. Finally getting close to back to normal, about 80%. Went into the gym this morning with that "balls to the wall" attitude. Last few days everything has went bad in the gym, I swear if there is an 80 year old man in the gym, he is within 5 ft of me at all times. Today I told myself I wouldnt let the grandpas get to me and I was gonna blow it up. Started my Tricep work out with 4 sets of close grip bench press for 10 reps, was hurting my wrists, but FUCK IT, Im gonna blow it up today. Then did some dumbell kick backs 3 sets for 10 reps each. Headed over to the pulleys and did some over head Tri extensions, all going good, even did some close grip push ups in between sets to really kill them tris. And as always moved over to do some dips. On my first set, I was gonna try to hammer out 12 with no added weight, busted out 10 looked to the ground to push 11, pushed hard hard hard hard hard to get 12.... come up on 12 with blood all over my chest and mouth. Not one but BOTH nostrils were bleeding, I was like HOLY SHIT. What now? Walked through the gym, the personal trainer saw me and followed me into the bathroom. Where he fealt he needed to have a "heart to heart" discussion with me about, " I dont know what your on, but you know your not gonna keep your gains", I just grinned. If anyone in the gym knows Im on cycle its him. Probably cause I avoid him so much when on cycle. Then he confesses his cycle history to me and so on, it was kind of funny, the FULL TIME personal trainer confessing to me hes roided before. Then tells me not to expect to keep but maybe 10% of all my gains. Had to clue him in a little to prove to him I was a little more educated than he thought. 20 mins later nose stopped bleeding and then went and blew out 3 more sets of dips then hit 32mins of tough ass cardio, light headed as all hell!!!! All in all a good work out, but damn Im falling apart!
 
when I get nose bleeds in the gym I usualy leave it there so no one wants to work in,lol, works great ur a lucky man,lol
 
With or without gear you can't keep any gains if you quit lifting and eating right. This we all know from experience. You must have turned up the intensity to bring on this "heart to heart". I was thinking about our cardio discussion today when I ripped off 315x15 on deads. Staggard over dizzy with a puple face, and gripped the glider, 168bpm. Sounds like you got in a good one today. Be very carefull on close grip benches when your getting strong like that. I can't even do them no longer. A curl bar will help though. Keep it up.
