Cycle advice for a friend...

My buddy is about 160, fairly lean and has been lifting for about 2 years. This bastard has a 34" waiste and freaking 17" crazy rock solid looking arms, his peak is HUGE!! THATS ALL, everything else is so so. His diet it "ok" he tries, but he also has genetics on his side. He done M1T and 1TU but never juiced. He wants to fill out a little more I think he said he was at a 37" chest and wants to try to break 40"... Anyhow what do we suggest? He doesnt want water, or fat, and could give two shits about strenght. Will Test Eth and Winny do the trick? Use femera to control water, will that add lean hard looking mass, or would Eq and Winny be better. Think lean. Im on prop/winny right now, getting hard and lean as hell, wishing I would of had a little more lean body muscle to cut up.
Eq 400 per week and winny 50ed or..
test eth 400 per week and winny 50ed
all for 8 weeks?
Or shit, would deca be a better choice for lean solid mass?
 
I can answer some....the 8 weeks for both cycle is to short for the eq and test e to kick in and gain from it....the best would be to run either at 10-12 (12 highly recommended) you can always run the winny starting at week 6-12 if he is going to run a 12 week cycle,...he can use nolva or fem to keep the bloat and water retention down....if you run eq/winny i would recommend a test in that cycle,....... the test e/winny would be a good combo....
 
I believe test should be the base of every cycle. Say 400-500mg test enanthate and maybe some eq or deca @ 400mg...nothing fancy.

Most importantly, however, is the need for a solid diet and training routine.
 
at 160# it doesnt sound like he has even reached his genetic potential unless he is 5 foot or so LOL post his diet..i bet we can add 15-20# wtih some diet work alone...

bump irish, get him gaining naturally first..and if it'thickness he wants I'd go w/ deca and test, maybe even some dbol at the beginning, skip the winny, sounds like his body will naturally lean out after anyway....
 
Are you sure thats correct for his waist? I'm 195lbs. with a 34" waist, 16.5inch arms, 45inch chest, and probably 12-14% BF. I've heard you bitchin about his waist. Stick to the solid diet and it will all come around. And if those stats are correct someone could take a couple years off from arm work. Peace
 
Hes only 5'5 and yeah, freakish arms. Waiste is 34" and 160lbs. He is hooked on his damn arms, everything else is ok though. Ive asked him about d-bol, he just doesnt want the water, I told him to run a little cardio a few days a week to stay lean and he looked at me like I was crazy!

34 inch waist is pretty big for a dude 160#..i have a 33inch waist and am 225-230..whats his BF %
