I've put about 5 inches on my legs in the past 6mos. but seems there getting taller and not wider if that makes sense. So I figured I'd start doing those stupid spread your legs machines (you know the one we all wait for the hott chick to get on and pretend were in there). Anyway will this help build wider legs? I also added cable kickout stuff. I really have no experience with either. Besides that are there power exercises for this or should it just be thrown out? BTW I stacked alot of weight and my crotch was in BAD pain for days so newbies beware. THANKS
