Anyone Take Anti-E's 365/Year?

Just curious if any bro's are on Anti-Estrogens 365 days a year?

I know some bro's take Nolvadex throughout their whole cycle and then take Nolva/Clomid or Femara etc.. Whatever during PCT then start another cycle. So does anyone never come off anti-e's and what affect would/does that have on your body?

I take them pretty much year round a couple of weeks break here and there but not that often. From what I have read the testosterone estrogen balance is altered for a long time after gear use so if you are taking a decent break from the gear it is wise to try and keep estrogen levels down. There is the argument that they can be hard on the liver but one nolvadex a day is not really going to be that hard when you consider what we are taking when on a cycle and hey if that does worry you just run milk thistle year round. It is contained in the multi-vit I use anyway.

since im on just about all year i run adex and nolva just about all the time and i dont notice any ill effects

if u stay on you want to get blood work and make sure your E2 levels are in the normal range. you dont want them lower than or higher than normal. the bloodwork will determine the perfect dose of arimidex/aromasin/femara you will need. im personally going to be staying on for a long time.
