Ive got 3 apiece of Deca300, test prop, and eq200.I Was going to run it like this. 600 a wk of D3, 50 of prop EOD, and 400 of EQ a wk. My diet consist of about 100 carbs a day of good complex carbs and my shake f/post-workout and 1.5g of protein per lbs. Thats spread out through 6 meals a day and i cut the carbs out past 5-6 and mostly just drink shakes made with water. Im wanting to get as lean as i can. Im 6'01" at 205lbs with around 13% BF. I started my diet about 4 weeks ago just to get on track and i have already lost 28lbs and keepin steady now at this weight. I do
