hell yes i love bikes. i plan on getting a suzuki gsxr 750 next year. maybe a yamaha yzf, cant decide.

Raced moto 12 years then hit the street. Last bike was a 1999 R1 (about $17,000 invested for race) with 157 rwh on dyno. Don't have anything now. I'm at a motel this week or I'd scan you my 140mph burnout pic. Fastest I saw on the digital speedo was 179.

how funny.... My first bike was a katana too... My friends all made fun of me and called it a canatuna.....

I later bought a gsxr750.....

I"m into bikes also, i'm looking at getting my first bike next year, but i can't decide what to get, either a GSXR 600, Honda CBR600RR or a Kawasaki ZX6R.

Everyone starts with little bikes. Do yourself a favor and get a 750 at least...

I have a 2004 Yamaha R1 nothing done to her shes a beast already 152 HP to the wheele. For your first bike you should get a used 600 because everyone lays there 1st bike down and bigger bikes cost more to fix plus liter bikes kill alot of new riders because the throttle is so touchy. just my .02

If i was buying used i'd get a used GSXR 600, and NO WAY would i start with a litre bike! lol Ya those R1's are sic, somehting like 180 hp now, that's just nuts, but cool!

if you want a crazy bike look into the new zx10. best 1000 out. its got 186hp. they say its as fast as the hayabusa
