post cycle work outs??

Most of us do 5 days at the gym and 4-5 days cardio in the AM. We also follow a strict diet and maybe have a cheat meal once a week. Now when your cycle is over. Do you follow the same wourk out, cardio and diet? Or what do you do for maintenance?
 
i keep the same diet and trainin up for at least a month after my cycle and alot of the time i increase my cals slightly..thus allowing my body time to adjust to the new LBM...then i slowly go down to maintence cals and start to go by feel for my workouts
 
Kinda hard to say since i spend so much time durring the year on cycle....As far as the diet and such, i keep it a lot cleaner thatn 2 cheats a week. Once in a while iwill get a little loose with things and cheat twice but on an average through out the year i might cheat once a month
 
uhhhhhhh, i dont work out 5X a week when i'm on b/c i want ot make sure i get the necessary rest to gorw. I usually push myself just as hard when I'm off but of course, i usually add interval cardio sessions with some drill to drop some bf%'s.

When i bulk i allow myself 1 cheat meal a week but when i cut its NO cheat meals for the first 6-8 weeks then 1 clean carb up meal but all this depends on what type of diet i'm running. I also do the carb deplete and load sometimes to it depends on waht i'm dieting for.
