No one hit the all 3 numbers in perfect sequence nor did anyone hit all 3 numbers in any sequence, so we move to rule 3 which states whomever is closer to the drawing numbers in terms of numeric value, which makes member "SLINGER" the winner of this lottery with his pick of 9-8-8. Leaving his number closer to the drawing number then anyone else!
