Do I need more?

Hey guys,

I know you shouldnt draw conclusions early. But, I havent gotten a lot from my cycle. I've been stronger w/ the same training on just creatine. Im 230 lbs, 6-1".. basically first cycle in 13 years.

Im on 100mgs of prop every day and 50mgs of winny eod.

Today is day 11...

The first week I was on dbol and Strength gains where noticable. But everyone said to quit the dbol cause it will put on water weight. So I did, but then I went back to normal.

I do admit normally I can eat a lot of carbs, and now im trying to cut them so I should be noticing a strenth loss... But I gotta tell you this sucks!! Im not gaining any strength.... IS this what its suppost to be like??

I think you misunderstand what you are trying to do.
The idea is to maintain muscle while you diet down(that means cutting carbs a lot more than you are doing right now). You are bound to lose strength as you progress with your diet and lack of carbs. You don't need to add anymore AS you really need to doing cardio and controlling your diet.
It's all in your head....
 
Im not gaining any strenght either bro. This isnt a strenght cycle, this cycle is to keep/add muscle while dieting down and buring fat. Cardio and diet man. Got to get in the game soon cause around week 3 things start swinging and you are gonna wish you had your act together sooner, I know I did. I havent gained any strenght at all, maybe a little more indurance and intensness and much better pumps, but no strenght. I will brag that every day I work Bis, Tris, and shoulders they get bigger and leaner and more vascular. My chest sucks so bad that people now say WOW dude youve got awesome shoulders, but your chest blows, that hurts. I need to get some mass in them pecs QUICK!
 
Without carbs you WONT gain strength. The idea of taking prop when dieting down is to save more muscle than if you did it w/o. AAS isnt a magical pill bro.
 
How are things going anyhow? Pain went away yet? I havent had a painful inj in almost two weeks, knock on wood. Ive completely turned this cycle into my 6 pack cycle, Im going to diet and cardio my butt off and kill my abs till my abs are defined, then later in the summer try to put some more mass back on.
 
I feel like a pin cushin. I had to inj the prop in my ass for 4 days straight. Why? cause everytime I inj somewhere I get buising... I was in a certain place this weekend with my child & my shirt off.... so I didnt need the bruises. I could hardly walk from 2 days of winny injections in the calves...(calf inj dosent look as bad when bruised cause of hair.)

Its been 2 weeks now. Im getting night sweets, and keep waking up at night. I think the labido has returned (after the first 5 days I went into a slump)... starting to kick ass durning my workouts.

strenght hasnt been great- which is expected I guess. Im trying to cut down, I've been watching my carb intake. I've been doing 20 min of cardio every day, and every 4th day 1 hour. I havent gotten on the scale till yesterday... Im thinking that with this new focus Im going to see a drop in weight- nope. I weigh 240 now....

I was really planning on giving updates on my online cycle journal, but I want it to be accurate, I have a log at home... just need to bring it here (work) and give you an update.
 
Also if your really cutting your carbs low, then it would prob help ya out if ya added a carb up meal once every week or 2. This will help to keep the body guessing and speed up your metbolism.
