what kind of food contains high in casein

i heard it stays in the body for 2-7 hours,so i think it is good to eat before bed.what about cottage cheese???
 
Cottage cheese in an excellent choice, milk also contains casein but cottage cheese would be a better choice for eating before bed, have some natural peanut butter along with it and you will further slow down the digestion.
 
eat 1 1/2 -2 cups before bed. you can also mix it in with certain shakes and it doesn't taste all that bad.
 
I eat cottage cheese and either tuna or salmon before bed. I know it sux but works great. Cottage cheese also has guar gum to slow down digestion.
 
the BEST possible protein to have before bed is Micellar Casein, you'll only be able to find this in powder form but can last up to 7 hours in your body. I find when i use this i don't wake up all ravenous like i usually do, good indication that my muscles were being fed :).
