well i've been completely off for a while now and i'm feeling sore in all of my joints. i know water retentin probably plays a part but jeez, everything hurts so bad...even my knuckles. what types of things could someone suggest. i remember cyphon talking about adequan, anyone ever use that stuff?

Glucosamine that you can get at most supplement stores is great for joint pain. Find a reputable place in your area with knowledgable staff (Not GNC) and ask them to help you with finding a good quality one and they'll point you in the right direction.

Good Luck Bro'

I remember getting the flue one time and thats exactly how it felt... Weird part is... I didnt feel any other signs, So I had no idea I was sick....

Anyway, hope it passes soon.

Know how you feel bro,ive only just come off cycle and my knees are shot to pieces already. That adequan`s supposed to be the mutts nutts(if you can get it).....otherwise id go with the glucosamine at 2g/day,some chondroitin aswell if youve got the funds.

If you`re hurtin real bad.......how about bridging with some deca,.LOL:D

dude chondroitin and glucosamine stacked together is awesome...i really like the stack and it helps alot...i have no knee cartilage in my left knee.....surgery....but i have had minimum problems out of it

thanks, i'll look into the chondroitin and glucosamine. how much were you taking?

You can get Glucosamine Chondroitin in a combo deal, it comes in liquid form, powder, and pill. This stuff works wonders. It truely helps with joint pain. 1.5-2 grams a day is pleanty enough. A one month supply will run you between 20-30$ do a search, or try your favorite online supplement store, they will have it.

bump the guys about oil....it makes absolutely no sense to me...but I really started pounding the fish oil after I hurt my shoulder and it worked wonders......naprosyn and large doses of alieve work for joint pain as well.

Elasti-joint by Labrada nutrition is the most potent joint supplement i could find, but if your really that sore it may be a good idea to take a week off from the gym, no cardio or anything and just rest.
