critique my diet

store where I buy my protein from is all out and backordered. This stuff is really popular around here. So I went to another sup store and bought some"pure whey, unflavored" Stuff tastes like shit! actually ransid milk. Anyway here is what I am eating with the new protein.

Four shakes give me the following.

Calories 1,080
fat 10g
cholest 150mg
sodium 437.5mg
carbs 23g
sugar 25g

for breakfast
either a shake if no time or 3 egg whites, chopped green peppers, red onion, garlic.


lunch
2 med size meatballs from extra lean beef(4%) chopped onions, green peppers, garlic inside them.

I take CLA, gluatmine multi vit,min and 3 tbl flaxeed oil.


dinner
2 slices or whole wheat bread, butterball 55% less sodium deli turkey, vegies plus alfafa sprouts.
 
also, wanted to ask you guys what do you think about. subways grilled chicken breast wrap with just vegies no cheese,salt and pepper or mayo/mustard?
 
Well first off, yes let us know what r ur goals??? Secondly, eating only 3 meals isnt frequent enough. I suggest adding 2 snack at the least to that diet as well as changing some things there.

But first let us know what your trying to accomplish.
 
Watch out for processed foods like the bread and cheese and such from fast food like subway or anywhere else exp if your dieting. It will hinder your resultz.
 
sorry, I don't know what I was thinking by not posting stats,goals.
I am 27 yrs 5' 11'' 185lbs I am trying to cut and keep as much muscle as I can. I think you guys misunderstood me. I eat 6-7 meals a day every 2 hours so I eat 3 meals and 3-4 shakes in between meals. I don't plan on competing. I just want to get ripped. I am doing cardion 5 times week 50minutes jogging. work out 5 days a week also. so I think I am eating about 2500 cals??
