igf-i water retention

anyone else experiencing this? i'm holding a shitload of water in a lot of places, particularly my face, running mc/genesis-brand igf-i at a very high dose, 120mcg/day. i look quite smooth even though i'm on letrozole right now.

good background on the sides of igf-i experienced in treatment of patients:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/...ve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=15832492

"The common adverse effects reported for rhIGF-1 are dose-related and include edema, jaw pain, arthralgia, myalgia, hypotension, injection site pain, and less commonly, Bell's palsy and raised intracranial pressure."

I have never experienced any edema or the other side effects from IGF, but I do get some bad headaches from it every now and then. It seems to be related to how hydrated I am--the more hydrated, the less severe my headache is.

How soon did you experience the water retention on that dosage? I commonly run about 100-120 mcg myself, and I am also on letrozole.

i have never experienced nor hear of ecxcessive water retention like your speaking of Marble....i run about 80mcg when i run it. My nephew is running 80mcg right now with no history of experience with igf before and he is not having any problems like your speaking about either

interesting. it's listed as one of the main side effects from therapeutic igf-i treatment, which is why i thought to ask. i got it going past 100mcg/day in a matter of a couple days, but i'm a shorter/smaller guy at a lean 5'5"/204 lbs. i tried letrozole and it didn't help in the least; should've been obvious but i had to give it a chance. :p

thanks for the feedback guys. :D

I run it at 80mcg and dont have any problems, if anything I seem to lean up, ive en gone as high as 160 (just for fun and im a guinea pig) and still didnt notice that....however i did notice bad edema on hgh (even at low doses)

im running 120mcg this week also and i have alot of water around my ankles(not wrists though) and my right arm is killing me from the wrist upward.
