Well my brother BigNick told me to check this site out and it is AMAZING!!! Im kinda new and looking to get involved in a BIG way and learn as much as I can!!! Anything any of you seasoned verterans have any info you want to share...please do!!

So what is the best gear to start with...I want to gain lean mass not get huge and go all hardcore right away...also cost effective would be best...I know Bignick I asked you this Im just tryin to get the general consensus...want to learn all I can. I weigh about 230 right now at 6'0 feet tall. I am at about 15% bodyfat maybe a tad bit more. I want to get down around 210lbs and be a lot more cut and lean.

for you bro the best gear would be near gear,lmao, thats like near beer,lol, as for going from 230 to 210 there is abslutly no point in u doing gear until you get down to where u want to be, diet diet diet and cardio bro, no need for gear with ur goals

Ok, well it was three in the moring last night and I couldn't get to sleep for the life of me. I was starving but I already ate what I thought was a good amount for the day and I didn't want to eat something and then go right to bed. What is the best thing to do in this situation and still be beneficial to your body?
Also when is the best time to take creatine? Should you load with it or not? Ive heard that is just a ploy by companies to get you to use more so you run out faster.
 
Yeah Flex is new to the game....thats why i told him to come here....i think we were all new at once. He has one sust cycle under his belt....and i honestly dont see why you would want to get down to 210 bro....you would be tiny....your cool at about 220 .....10lbs of fat is alot of weight...and i wouldnt put you over 14-15% BF

try running a cutter....clen and a clean diet always works for me....PM when you get a chance....good to see ya here
 
Also I should take glutamine first thing in the morning and right after I work out???? Is there any other times I should be taking it???
 
What Im tryin to do is lose the fat and then build on a lean figure...is that good or just build off the slightly more bloated figure I got??? that damn small spare tire has not gone away in....oh wait I can't rememer the last time I didn't have a small pair of love handles!!!! Thats why I am tryin to get down Nick

will power is the largest thing bro....it takes alot of discipline...i have carb attacks like crazy around 12 at night....it is rediculous.....try some beef jerky or something to just shut the ole' stomach up....works for me.....as for creatine....yeah loading is garbage....complete garbage.....creatine monohydrate can only be absorbed at like 5g a day by the body.....there for taking in all that loading horse crap is just getting put back out by the body through excriment and ends up in the toilet.....i would check out the new breed of creatine....it has been deviated and is more easily absorbed by the body...."creatine ethyl ester" is the name....its relatively cheap and you dont need to take as much of it.....its supposed to have complete absorbtion by the body....so check it out
 
Anyone know anything about this supplement called X-Factor...it has arachidonic acid in it...does this do anything at all??? I got it at the Arnold and have been tryin it but not seein any results...anyone have any experiance with this
 
well if its monohydrate i think 15g a day is actually okay....because you arent going to absorbe the entire 5g each serving...therefore 3x5g dosages a day would be justified....as for the ethyl ester creatine....it is absorbed 100%, and that is just from the research i have done on it. But the loading phase garbage is non sense.....they just want you to use more of the product....you could do 3 times a day with a 5g dosage....would be fine
