That's a feat for sure, but that many reps almost seems like it would do more harm than good. Shocking is one thing but total obliteration of a muscle is another. lol.

I wonder what his regular work sets are? 30 reps...lol...shit, 20 reps has me shaking.
 
That takes discipline and dedication,...I think that should be a motivation for anyone that wants to work harder.... i could use that as a motivation to push my self....
 
LOL ya that's pretty crazy the most i've done was 30 rep squats and i was on the gym floor heaving after that, he must have some set of lungs on him. Can you just IMAGINE the burn in your legs from 100reps, lol. And ya i would have to say that i think that wouldn't do much for muscle growth i'm all for high rep squats but 100 reps I think is overkill. As Lee Haney once said "stimulate not annihilate".
 
maybe it wont do much as for muscle growth/strength but that sure as hell makes you mentally tough which is 90% of lifting hard as hell.

anothe video you guys should check out is tom platz's 50 repper with either 405 or 495 i forget which.
