diet this past week

man this past week was tuff. my nutritionist decided to throw a wrench in things and dropped my carbs to 35grams per day and upped my fats accordingly. same number of cals but damn after five days my head is clowdy and dull and im flat as hell. everyting is harder and heavier in the gym. you get lactic acid burn after two reps. its nsty. cant wait to eat tomorrow.
 
DW itll be worth it in the end, u knew it was gonna be tough, hell if it were easy fatasses like me would be able to do it (lol) keep it up bro, just imagine being up ther on stage after uve outworked everyone else out there

Exactly bro I am shooting for 6 shows this year, and have already completed 1 (5th out of 17), and next 1 is next weekend, if it was easy every1 who trained would be a competitive bodybuilder, just hang in there bro.

Yep, same boat here. I have a big presentation next week, and I having a really hard time getting motivated. Weight is coming off but with 7 weeks till the first one and 6 weeks after that one, I am going to have a hard time. I may shoot for an earlier show to begin with , at the beginning of June, but we'll see how it goes. Good luck...
