man this past week was tuff. my nutritionist decided to throw a wrench in things and dropped my carbs to 35grams per day and upped my fats accordingly. same number of cals but damn after five days my head is clowdy and dull and im flat as hell. everyting is harder and heavier in the gym. you get lactic acid burn after two reps. its nsty. cant wait to eat tomorrow.
