Am cardio/ lift question.

For the past 6 weeks I have been doing my cardio post work out with nothing in my guts except a 42g ATW shake in water. My workouts have been kinda sluggish cause of the lack of carbs and havent progressed much lately. Might change it up a little bit, hows this look? A lot of things might do this some good.
If I woke up at 8am and didnt eat, drink anything(just water to take pills), hit an ECA or dose of Clen, and 50mg winny.
Was hammering cardio BY 8:30 am at the gym ( I can wake up and leave easy)
Got done with cardio and slammed a protein shake, piece of fruit, and a handful of dry cereal.
Went to the tanning bed for 30 or so mins. Recollected some energy chilling in the tanning bed which is 2 mins from my gym.
Went back to the gym and KILLED my lift session for 40mins and 40 mins only. Do you think this would be more effective than waking, hitting a shake, lifting, hitting cardio post work out, then going to the tanning bed, then home for Post workout meal and more rest?
I know there will be some opinions brought up about nutrition and what not, but what I do know is after my cardio sessions I usually feel fine.
Is 40 mins long enough to let the carbs, protein, glycogen, restore before slamming into the weights?
I might try this for a few weeks to see if I can make some more lean mass/fat loss progress. Advice needed.

I also wanted to add that it would give MORE time for my body to take in the Fast acting AAS like Winny/Clen(sort of)/ and prop. I feel I have WAY better pumps and intensity when I workout in the early afternoon, even if I did cardio that morning, I just dont have that luxury M-F, only on the weekends. Plus the winny has been in me for 6 hours, rather than 30 mins. What ya think?
 
For one i would ask what is your goal that you're tryin to accomplish? Winny on empty stomach is very harsh, it raises liver values, if you are tyin to cut, i would just take the clen/eca stack on empty stomach or include winny in the stack with a meal to prevent gastro-pains,.....i will also bump you for more info!!!

Winny isnt causing any pains, been 6 weeks, havent had a problem yet. I just feel like it works a lot better if I take it then work out 1-1.5 hours later. My Goal is to cut down about 2% more body fat, right now I am at 180-184 and trying to get down to 175. Some weeks I can get down to 179 but then screw up somewhere and slide back up to 183 or so. Is winny more effective split up? 25mgs twice a day? About 4-5 hours apart? BTW I take 3 Liv-52 pills a day to help with liver support one early AM, one at noon, and one at 4pm.
 
Bumpin P78, take your winny all at once to get the full effect of it, and i know you mentioned you want to drop bf%, remember DIET is key, I know if Da_Fonz was reading this, he would ask where are your healthy fats?? Fatty acids are really important during cutting stage as well as every other time,...trying getting some hemp oil, fish oil, flaxseed oil in there, just as long as your diet is in check, you should see results....
 
10-4 Ive meant to get some flax oil caps, but have been eating a lot of fish lately and figured that had me covered, peanuts every blue moon, maybe once a week.
 
Havin the caps sometimes helps take the pain of tryin to chow done tuna, but tryin gettin those caps in, you notice alot of difference, it will cut and lean you out as well,....
 
when taking an oral it is better to take them at afew times throughout the day to keep steadier blood levels..but i do know of guys who take all there oral right before they lift and have gotten decent results..
 
And the other reason why i would take all the tabs at once so that i can give my liver time to recuperate instead of activatin the level if i had to split the dose during the day,...Just hit it once, relax take some Liv-52, milk thistle and do it again in 24 hours,...Just my 2 cents..
