i use the sitting down bike for cardio, (the other one with the banana seat is painful) Whats everyone else do for cardio?

I bike every single day buttttttttt i think im gonna have to quit for a week or so my tailbone has been KILLING ME so bad i can hardly walk hehe.

I dont like the class b/c your heart rate gets to high and stays there so i dont wanna canabolize my muscle. If it was like a interval clas i'd be there.

I love spinning! You have to get a good instructor...or you will be bored out of your mind!
