Have any of you used cortisol blockers and do you rate them. I used Orimetin (amino-glutamide) for my last contest but don't think it made a lot of difference, then again its hard to say what is working in the last few weeks of a diet

Well I have the blood test to prove that phosphatidyl serine at 600mg daily works!

My intial cortisol levels were 27 AM and 24 PM

after a few weeks on PS My levels came back 13 AM and 16 PM

Still a little high for the average indivudual, but I avoided being diagnosed with cushings.

7-oxo-dhea has some research to back it's worthiness to block cortisol.

As far as getting visible results that depends if your fat distribution can be atributed in most part to over production of cortisol. The average joe will not see a thing.
Remeber that most AS do a good job of countering cortisols evil.

It's a natural OTC supp. You can find it at www.1fast400.com along with articles on the product.

It's effectivesness has been compared to cytadren without the sides.

and dont forget that essential fatty acids and CLA also has some effect on keeping cortisol at bay.
