My Daily Nutritional Intake

Just posting this to get opionions on what im doing right/wrong for my bulk diet. Zylo posted a chart and i got bored so i dug thru my kitchen and found my daily diet....

Daily
Calories......2700
Protein....400
Fat Grams....44-60
Sat Fat.....20-34
Carbs....60

I know carbs are kinda low, but im not a big carb person. Im 5'9 180lbs.
 
Def should bump up the carbs for sure. You seem to have you diet well recorded because all the numbers add up. IMO 300-500 grams of carbs wouldn't hurt. 60grms of carbs per day? You must be a zombie, I wouldn't be able to wake up in the morning.
 
12hr shifts, also workout time and try my best to get atleast 7hrs sleep,, so all i do is eat, work, lift, eat, sleep.. What are some good quality carbs i could input so i wouldnt put on alot of unneeded fat.. Ex. oatmeal etc.
also, are my fat grams, and sat fat grams too high?
 
Yeah definetly higher bro i use 2700 as a baseline to start cutting, I would bump it to 4,000 give or take a hundred or so
 
Hell yeah, your bulking??? That wouldnt make a kid grow, lol.

As for carbs, well the ol mighty oatmeal is always king, but you can add brown rice, yams, wild rice, dont forget about fiberous veggies. Thats all i can think of at the moment.
 
If you're bulking I would gradually up the cals to 3700-4200 cals ED...Maybe start with 500 ED for the first week then up it another 500 ED the following week. Then perhaps an additional 500 if you're still not gaining as fast as you want.

Use complex carbs such as oatmeal to add in additional cals & also some EFA's.
