what are your guys stats? How am I doing?

:D I'm fairly new to body building this is the first time i have actually completly dedicated myself to eating right and working out on a constant schedule. Im not a real big guy (yet) I have the genetic ability to pack a good deal of mass but i just wanted to find out what good measurements are. so any advice or comparisons would be greatly appriciated.(sp)
heres what I've got.
hight: 5'6"
weight: 181 lbs (give or take 2-3 lbs)
biceps: 14.5 in ( I know little arms but cut me some slack I broke 4 bones in th e left one)
forearms: 11 in
chest: 33 in (this could be wrong have not measured in a while)
weist: 28 in (this could be wrong have not measured in a while)
thighs: 24 in
calves: 16.25 in

Im just wondering how i stack up and what i need to really work on.

Everyone is different. Not to criticize, but bro, how are you 181lb at 5'6 with a 28" waiste and 33" chest? Something doesnt add up, you MUST have a bigger chest. Im 6'0 a 180 with a 43" chest and 36" waiste. BUT, everyone is different.
 
agreed........something doens't measure up. I'm 195 5'8'' with a 44in chest......you must be measuring wrong. calves are up to par.....bigger than bi's thats nice. If you are measureing right I say squat your ass of and heavy inclin/flat bench. Arms are avaerge. waist is nice and tinny, keep it that way, makes your back look bigger, lol.
 
Not everyone here has a six pack... I've got a 43 inch waist 19 inch arms, weigh 240.. 6'1".... 46-48" chest (depends if Im lactating.)
 
if you're measurements are correct compare yourself to photos of bodybuilders...
or
post a couple of pics of yourself in the member forum and ask for some feedback
 
whats the proper way to measure both your chest and weist? i know that i can fit into 28 - 30 in weist pants they ar tight in the legs and even tighter in the butt and crotch. so thats why i said 28 in weist and i just guest for the chest. but you suggest incline bench for chest should i use a narrow or wide grip? my upper pecs are not as developed as my middle and lower? Oh and i have a 4 pack and a 24 oz at the bottom. what kind of sets to you guys to for squats? I usaully do hack squats and work from 12 reps down to 4 reps increasing the weight. 12 reps = 250-300 lbs and 4 reps = 400-450lbs this is with good form chest out back straight down slow 3-5 count then explode up and onto toes on the down motion i go until knee angle is 90 degrees.
 
when I measure my stomach. I put the tape right on my belly button. Try inhailing and exhailing.... take which ever number is smallest (jk).
 
the measurements dont add up with the weight and height fo sho...where u hidin it.
 
Let's see some more stats guys! I'm gunna post mine very soon once i find that damn measuring tape.
 
Ok here are my stats as of now (need to shed some chub)

Age: 19
Height 6'3-6'4
Chest: 51"
Arms: 17.5"
Legs: 30.5"
Forearms: 14"
Calfs: 18"
Waist: 40"
Weight: 270lbs
Bf:?

I need to bring that waist of mine back down. :angry:

Here are my stats being a competitive bodybuilder
5'8 180lbs bf under 5%
Arms- just about 18 3/4
Forearms-15 1/2
Calves- 17 1/2
Waist- 29
Chest- 43
Quads-25
I know legs need work but none of us are perfect

Here are my stats from my last comp-
Neck, arms and calves 17"
Waist- 29.5"
Thigh- 26.5"
Chest- 45.5"
Weight- 194 lbs
Height- 5 10"

Am now up to 225 lbs and off the juice so leaving the tape alone in case it makes me go back on too soon.
