Clen/T3 dosages...

Im about to come off prop/winny cycle and have some T3 on the way. Question is what should I start the T3 off at? I know you pyramid it up and then down, but, at what doses? I think my body doesnt want to drop fat while using Test. SO, my plan is to... while on PCT, run Clen/T3/ and up my cals just a little bit... Thinking of trying the CEE everyone has been bragging about just to hold onto a little more muscle. What do ya think?
 
ur body should want to want to drop fat while on test, as long as your estogen levles are under control, thats what makes men nauturally leaner than women. I would start the t3 at 12.5 mcg(should be half a tab) some start at 25mcg, but im really senstive to it so i start at 12.5mcg.
 
Personally i would never run t3 post cycle.....your going to be catabolic enought at that point, you add in t3 without any aas present and i bet it eats away at that hard earned muscle.....Take a 5-6 wks break....hit the clen/eca up the cardio and lower the carbs. in a few wks hit the prop again and add your t3.

From what i heard yes,...I am gonna run a similar cycle with t3/clen in it,...The combination of these two, the results can be amazing, but it only relys on your diet.....
 
I run femera with every cycle! OK SOOOO.... Test E/Eq/Winny/Clen/T3 in mid july.... would it be better to run the T3 at the begining or the end of the cycle? CONSIDERING you can only run it for 6 weeks at a time? Im guessing the end when I throw is the Winny at 50Ed the last 6 weeks. Ill run Clen up to 2 weeks before adding the T3, run ECA those 2 weeks then hit Clen/T3/winny/Yohimbe ALL at the same time. WOW, fat loss central. With all honesty I DO NOT want to have to do the slightest bit of cardio this cycle, I want all the energy/cals/carbs I can handle. Ill prolly stick with a 200carb a day diet(4pm cut off)/325g protein/ 4000cals/EFA,DHA. Hows it look fellas?
 
I prob wouldnt run all that at the same time. More isnt necessarily better. I rely more on my diet than on the supps.
 
10-4 Fonz, i just REALLY dont want to have to worry about putting on too much fat. Everytime I feel like I restrict my diet I cut myself short. The more you eat the more you gain and the more energy you have to grow. Thats the way I feel at least. Ill keep it clean. Hell do me a favor, If I were trying to add lean mass, what would YOU change in this diet?
Pre-Work out .5 apple, 1 cup cottage cheese, 20g shake
post-workout cup of yogurt, 42g shake milk/water
12 pm chicken(can) salad, .5 sweet potatoe
2:30 tuna salad
4:45 mixed veggies, 1.5 pork chop, .5 sweet potatoe
7:30 1.5 pork chop salad, spinach/ice
10:00 20g shake/water, 1 cup cottage cheese
 
What would i change, ok lemme see. Well since its me i would up the protein amounts there b/c i know that i would gain more on with more in my diet. I wouldnt have the sweet potatoe b/c it bloats me and there are articles i have read that says that sweet potatoes can rise your estrogen levels (dont know if that one is true though but i'm not the only who has read it). I would instead put brown or wild rice in its place. I also would havemixed veggies, i would stick to aspargus, spinach (fresh), broccolli, and green beans from time to time b/c i have to get my 40 grams a day. I would kill the pork b/c the sat fat is to high for me i would instead have salmon for the EFA's in it. I also wouldnt eat yorgurt for PWO i would have a shake with maltodextrose/dextrose and Whey proteins (1.5:1). The biggest thing for me is that i would add some additional UDO's and Hemp oil in there but also up the Kcal completely for me b/c i weigh a bit more than ya but thats it.

Btw, whatz in the tuna salad??? I think your diet is good but you could tweak it a bit if ya wanted to. It all depends on u
 
Tuna salad consists of 1 can of tuna in water I think its like 32gs of protein, 1tbsp fat free mayo, 2tbsp pickel relish, little bit of cut onions, 2 boiled egg whites, little bit of iceburg lettuce/spinach mix lettuce. Thats about it! I LOAD it down with lettuce to fill my belly. No post workout carbs Fonz? What about the cottage cheese PM? Its got carbs in it, I think 5. But do the "goods" out weigh the "bads" in the cottage cheese scenario? I take down about 6lbs of cottage cheese a week, well, its Fri night and I just killed my 3rd 2lb tub of it, so maybe a little more than 6 lbs, that good or bad?
 
I'd run the T3 for the last 6 weeks of the cycle so when it's coming down to getting rid of that last bit of stubbon fat the Clen hasn't taken care of it can work it's magic, plus after a couple of weeks of dieting your t3 levels will get low. Keep us posted because I plan on running a cutter with t3/clen, prop, winny and tren. I'd like to hear how T3 and Clen stack. Also t3 should be started at 1 pill and you may work this up by 1/2 a pill to 1 pill every 3 weeks for a maximum of 3 pills, then you have to ramp it down just as slowly to keep your natural T3 levels in the game.
 
Thanks Chaps.... its research Clen at 100mcgs/ml can you throw that RIGHT back at me in laymans terms(mcgs) per day? I read that Eq has fat burning characteristics, how much?
 
Cottage cheese is GREAT. It has guar gum which clows down digestion. The carbs arnt bad what so ever, the protein is slow to digest and breakdown. I AM A HUGE FAN OF COTTAGE CHEESE.

Instead of lettuce use spinach leaves, 100% better for you. Yes i do believe in post workout i thought i put it in there with the ratio.
 
Im really wanting to drop fat quicker. Could I use the Clen/T3 combo the first 4 weeks of my Test E/Eq/Winny cycle... take a 4 week break in the middle of the cycle(of T3) and then hit it again the last 6 weeks? Considering I will be on winny the last 6 weeks? If you havent noticed, I want to get down to around 8%Bf at 195-200 lbs. OR will this be T3 over kill?
Week 1-12 Test E@500/Eq@ 400
Week 9-14 Winny 50mg ED
Week 1-4 Clen@ 120mcg ED/Ramp up T3 from 25mcg to 100mcg then back down to 25mcg
Week 9-14 Clen @120mcgED/Ramp up T3 from 25mcg to 100mcg then back down to 25mcg
Note: I will stay on Clen @ 120mcg through the entire cycle.
Is this going to be do-able or am I trying to over incorporate the T3?

You know it bro. The more and more I write this stuff up, the more I want to start tommorrow. Who ever wrote this rule about a "rest" period between cycles just plain SUCKS!LOL! Im just really looking for thoughts about the possibility of messing myself up from TOO MUCH T3 +Ive never used T3 before.
 
The general rule of thumb with T3 is tops 6 weeks on and you must ramp it up and down slowly. I'd use it the last 6 weeks of the cycle, your gunna be one big vein, lol. I'm currently getting funds together for both a cutter and a bulker and all this talk makes me want my goodies soooooooooo bad, lol.
 
You dont have to pyrimad it up and then back down, you oculd also run a 2 on/1 off cycle aslo. There are several different ways to run it but i do agree i wouldnt run it more than 6-7 weeks.
 
Fonz, how EXACTLY would you throw it in there? Im trying to do ALL my research now and get an exact print out of my cycle, day by day by day!
You think running the Clen/T2 2 weeks on then one week off the entire cycle would be more benefitial, and run eca the off week? That sounds cool to me, Im really getting impatient with this stuff, I have in my hand right now and really want to try this stuff out. Besides, waiting till the last 6 weeks of my cycle to burn up fat is going to be hell, thats worst than waiting for christmas!
