Quest for Appetite Surpressant!

Im trying to cut BF% right now but its kinda hard with my urge to want to eat everything in sight, granted its mostly half good foods i.e. cottage cheese. I still feel overly bloated at the end of everyday just cause of the amount of food Ive been putting down. Id really like to cut out one or two meals and just eat a piece of chicken or piece of steak in its place, I tried it a few times and when I got home that night I straight murdered the peanut butter and cottage cheese(too hungry). Ive been reading that Chromium Polynicotinate is the major ingredient in appetite surpressants, can you just take "IT" and it will help assist those food cravings? Or is this Hoodia stuff a better choice? Dont get me wrong, Ill get my protein and veggies and EFA's and DHA's in, I just want to cut out a lot of carb/sugar cravings. This of course is a last resort after using Clen/Yohimbe/Caffiene/ECA all within a 10 week period, somethings got to give!

I find Clen to be effective,,...I used it this last fall b4 my cycle and i was impressed with the results...I wasn't hungry as much...but then again the results varies with the individual....Get some Casein protein,... slow digestion and fills you easily and best at nite time....

As long as you quench your hunger with good protien snacks rich in EFA's and low in simple sugars you should be all good.

I personally havent found a good appetite suppresant. Not even phentermine works for me.

I keep a tub of powerbutter (peanut butter) and eat a tablespoon when I feel like im about to breakdown into a sugar binge.

Power butter is the shit man

has anyone tried Stallone's Protein Pudding? I picked up a couple at GNC today to try them out. 20grams of Pro in a tiny little chocolate pudding cup. I've got them chilling in the fridge and can't wait to try one...

Well, i have mixed feeling about the pudding since its a soy based product. I am not a huge fan of soy, Body2see you can the cans for 1.25 each online or even less if you buy in bulk. But like i said i dont prefer soy proteins, but thats just me.

Soy based! Yuck, fuck that, i'm not touching it. Their has been evidence of Soy boosting estrogen in men, no wet t-shirt contests for me thank you!
