Ok I have decided to use it in my SHIC starting mid june. THe following will be used with it

prop 150 ED
NNP 100 ED
Winstriol (maybe 75-100 ED)

I am curretnly on eq and will carry this thru as well. here is the slin (humalin R) game plan, starting day 7 using 4 iu post w/o. immediately following injection shake with 60g protein and 30 -35 g carbs. 2 hrs later, dinner with 50g protein and 35 g carbs. every day or two I will increase slin by 1 iu intill I reach 8. carbs will be adjusted in the shake and meal 8g for every iu added. I will use this on work out days only so this will be a 5-6 wk slin cycle with about 2-3 days on then 1 off. Carbs throughout the day will be moderate to low. Please add in experiences or advice if you have used slin before. I beleive if respected it can be used as a great tool but the best way to respect it is to be educated about it and possible problems so if you got any good reads or links to threads would love to give them a look over. Thank you any suggestions are greatly appriciated
 
Just keep a close eye on carbs and even better test your glucose...I've found that slin (humulog) for myself was fairly unpredictable even when I monitored how many carbs I've taken.
 
Only thing I can say is I would never use it without letting someone know I was on it, meaning if you live alone and work out late in the evenings I wouldnt dare touch it, my wife has woken me up maybe a minute or two into falling asleep after using slin post workout, sometimes you honestly cant keep ur eyes open
 
I've had that happen on quite a few occasions. I would honestly be so tired that I'd drink an additional 100-200g of carbs just so I could go to sleep. lol. No wonder slin made me gain bodyfat...lol

I think I'm slin sensitive however...
 
well brew how is it going? you start it bro? I dont think anyone should use it unless their already pretty lean and looking to fill out for a show or somthing, just my opinion thugh bro

lol...no bro. I meant so I could safely go to sleep. On a few occasions that shit made me so sleepy, and disoriented I could barely keep my eyes open.

So I would pound 2 cans of cola and some juice so I could go to sleep without going into a coma. lol. After my blood sugar rose I would wake up, but it's a shitting feeling for sure. (and that was only with 8 or 10iu's)
 
Used it alone and didn't like it. Pretty useless to me. I took upwards of twenty iu`s. Effects were the same when using it on gear. If anything made me fat. Won't even look into it again until gear stops giving me gains.
 
nah haven't started yet, I am waiting for 3-4 wks to hit it simply to take a few wk and get bf down a little so that I have some room to gain a little bf if it happens........I'm still not 100% sure thats its gonna happen seems none of you guys really have that much good to say about it...........if I do it, I may switch to am workouts Press you know I live alone and well thats a chance i can't really take in my sleep as the damn dog ain't gonna help me, lol. Thanks for the feed back guys

i know just didnt want to say u lived alone in case u didnt want anyone knowing ur a lonely old soul,lmao, as for the dog after all u spent on that mut,lol you should be able to train him to give your slin shots,lol, let alone wake ya with ameasly bark if ya dose off
 
It would be a good idea to get one of those braclets that let's ppl know your diabetic, so if worse comes to worse ppl help you.
 
Press why not....It last 4hrs vs the 2hr of log. I was thinking about using log if I continue with evening workouts that way I am positive its out before I crash and don't hav eto worry about not waking up, which I what I may due, but from what I have been reading most say R is the way to go.
 
You can get Humulin OTC--legally, believe it or not, but Humalog is by prescription only. Humalog is very fast acting and Humulin R is the next fastest. I'd go with Humulin just because you can get it legally (and quite cheaply, I might add) and still has a quick acting time.

So if you are lean to begin with, what results (those who have done slin) did you get from it? Did it only make you fat, or did it give you a pretty big increase, or only a small increase?
