I started writing down everything I eat. Its pretty close to 100% accuracy but since portions differ a bit I might be over or under just a tad. Tell me what you think of my cutting diet. This is the total I have eaten starting at around 8:am to about 10:45pm tell me what you think. Also I am working out 5 days a week and running 5-6 days for 50 mnts to 1 hour 20 minutes in the morning on emty stomach. So thats why I am eating a shitload of protein. with every meal I am taking digestive enzyme pill(6-7meals) and 3 meals I take cla+chromium. BTW I am 5' 11'' down to 180lbs now! from 210lbs(bulk)


Tuesdays total was Fat 30g, Sodium 2.413g, Sugar 5g, Carbs 91.2g, Protein 455g Cals 2,714

Yesterdays was Fat 43.25g, Sodium 2.15g, Sugar 3g, Carbs 63g, Protein 503.5 Cals 2,745

Unless I am retarded I believe I am counting the food values right. Tell me what you guys think of this?

i think it looks solid bro, everyones different and if you can do an hour 20 minutes then go for it
