need advice on first cycle

question for my buddy. hes just aquirred a 10ml bottle of "nandroline decanoate" tis is going to be his first use of anything and wants to know just how much to take? the bottle says theres 300mg per ml. is there anything that would need to be taken with it? got a couple of bottles of noveldex on the way if things go south. the guy we got it from said to use a .25 ml every three days, is that a good amount? he's 22 210lbs 6'ft. and also which work out schedule would be good? we've been working out for a couple of years but don't know much about how to change it up.

any help or just some general info would be much apreciated

and i've done lots of searches and reading just wanted to know more about beginners

well after seeing the photos I can say with 100% certainty he should not be using any gear at all, he needs to first cut down with good diet and alot of cardio then he can entertain the thought of gear use
 
I'd be more concerned with putting more plates on the bar and diet. Please don't take offense, and size has nothing to do with it, but if that picture is after 2 years of training someone needs a little more devotion to the sport. I use the term sport because anyone considering AAS should really want it bad. I think lifting on occasion and eating whatever is much better than nothing at all, but AAS can be deadly shit just for getting a little blown up.

we get lots of cardio we are in the army, three times a week a 6-8km run and a rucksack march every week plus lots of other stuff. he plans on doing it and i was just trying to help anyway i could
 
hey bro'....if he wants to waste it then go for it. I wont flame you or him but it is obvious that the trwo of you or one whichever it may be has no clue as to what the hell you are fucking with. It's guys like this who get something and think it is a cure all for their poor phyusique or lack of muscle growth. I am willing to bet that bf% are a lot higher than you think.
1st no AAS are gonna make you have muscles with out propper diet and propper training.
2nd by using this henis not gonna achieve anything at all. I bet my life on it
3rd read, learn adn eductae yourselves on what you are thinking about doing. That is why this board is here. Not to ask and then do it no mattert what people tell you not to do
4th I also looked at the photos. If thats two yrs of training and propper diet......you got another thing coming...trainin is not the same as the type of training you get in the army. Bro'....thats for pussies compared to the hard work and dedication your gonna have to endure to be a BB

sorry but it's guys like that, that make me sick...just wanna do it regardless of what they are told....educate your friend and tell him not to waste his time until he has gotten more "real" training behind him....
