Muscle and Mind Fatigue

Its not the AS- It is a combo of not enough rest and overtraining and possibly to intaking proper vitamin supplementation.

I haven't got the vitamins in, just started back on animal pack today. But overtraining and rest isn't the problem. Well it is tuff to workout then go and labor outside all day. When I'm hard at work though I seem to pump up then poop out quick. I don't feel tired when lounging around, just when I'm busting ass at work. Like my muscles just fatigue out after about 6 hours. Maybe the vitamins will help. Thanks

Could be an imbalance of some sort. Could be a magnesium deficiency which leads too those symtops or it could be a serotonin deficiency caused by over training........Could be excess cortisol from all the stress on the body.

many variables go into this so it's hard to say.......When i felt like that I would always hit the ECA stack.

Today sucked, walked in the gym looked around and walked out. One was my shit wasn't available, two was I didn't feel like lifting.

So I go to my job site. Work 45 minutes and leave. Shoulder hurt like hell from this mornings shot. And once again I didn't have the drive to do anything.

Cyphon, serotonin is an interesting statement. I've been off my depression meds for about 2 months. Haven't needed them since the weather got nice and money started coming in. Maybe something could have crashed because I feel mental as well as physical fatigue. Who knows maybe I'm just being a puss.

Pussy!.....j/k

If u work outside and labor all day, then I think that explains it. Did it get hotter recently? Maybe the heat is draining u. Takes some time to readjust.

Sounds like excess stress--which leads to more cortisol--to me. You described your work situation in an earlier thread which leads me to believe you've been under a LOT of stress. I speak from experience when I say that it can lead to you not wanting to do much in the gym, you're tired all the time, and plain don't have energy for anything. You can try phophatidyl serine and other vitamins, and then there's sleeping more. Don't forget that you should take about a week off from the gym anyway after about 8-10 weeks to help your body catch up.

Everyones right with the heat, stress, ect. I think there is something else also though. Will Estrogen cause any of the problems? I'm on home brew and not sure how much is left over or being converted. I'm only taking 20mg. dex per day and haven't used any of my clo yet. Would it be possible that this could be my bug? Also its been a while since I've taken anti-depressents. I ate 100mg. of zoloft this evening to see if its a serotonin issue. But I've never had too much estrogen so I don't know if it could be that also. Thanks again.

How long have you taken anti-depressants before? I think the body can become dependent on them though there probably isn't any data to support that. You can boost serotonin levels simply by exercising. If taking the zoloft made you feel better, then maybe a good run (or something similar) may do the same--you've heard of 'runner's high' before I'm sure.

TK, 8 months, wellbutrin at 300mgs./day. I think the Zoloft did the trick. Didn't go to the gym today but worked my ass off. Felt pretty good. Had a small breakfest and then just took 3 ephedras with a mountain dew. No other liquids or foods for 10 hours work. Got home drank 32oz. of water and pissed the smelliest dark yellow ever. Far worse than a long oxy night, guess the trens working.

Stopped them by myself, I usually get them on-line in the blue winter months. 100/100 prop / tren every day.
not a good idea to stop them by yourself and your supposed to ween yourself off them slowly not just stop..also always run your test higher then your other component..try upin your test to 150 or even lower your tren..that could be your main cause of lethargy and depression right there..try it then get back to me in a few days to a week

Optimal you jst described the way i feel most of the time, also i feel very hot and dry most of the time when working along with the sleepy feeling and my head stuffed right up my arse.

No physical sides quiting wellbutrin cold-turkey. Its the same thing as Zyban. Effexor and Paxil on the other hand will mess with you hard cold turkey as I have found in the past. Feels like lightning bolts behind your eyeballs for a month. Zoloft as some physical sides the same but not as bad as the 2 mentioned above.

I lowered the tren last night because my urine is pretty nasty looking when I haven't gone for several hours. I'll be doing 125/75 a day now. Thanks IP, I think it may help also.

You could give a Noorotropic a try, something like Biotest Powerdrive, it will help increase focus greatly.

make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids as well, being dehyrdrated is often the culprit when it comes to lethargry and is often overlooked as too simple a fix.... lots and lots of good ole water will help you know mater what
