Tips for quality Sleep

I found some very interesting Do's and Don't about sleeping..... :)
I figured some may need this and some not at all...I can relate to going to bed only for sleep and sex...lol!!

Exercise regularly, but not right before bedtime because this may make it harder to sleep.

Go to bed only when you are sleepy, and use your bed only for sleeping and sex, not for reading or watching TV.

Get up at the same time every day, regardless of when you fall asleep, even on weekends.

Don't Consume caffeine within 6hours of bedtimd, and avoid alcohol and smoking 1-2 hours before bedtime

Don't be a bedtime worrier. Write down problems to put them aside for the night. And don't stay in bed if you can't sleep: Go to another room untill you feel sleepy

Don't Go to bed hungry, Hunger may wake you up. However, don't overeat before going to bed either.......
 
I dunno about u guys but if i read before i go to bed, like a book or the newspaper i sleep like a log, it just relaxes me.
 
I have noticed the exercise timing makes a huge difference in my sleep patterns. I recently changed to mid-day workouts from evening, and I sleep really heavy now. Great info, modizzle!
 
I dunno but I like to watch porn while fucking........then I read my musclemag while smoking a cig...........Since I cant sleep after all that I take a sip of jack daniels to put me to bed.
 
i have no problems sleeping, it's staying awake that's the... mmmmm I'm tired I think I'lkwe ,md ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
 
I am horrible with getting enough sleep regularly and it's my goal this cycle to get 8 hours of sleep every night and go to sleep/wake up at the same time every day.
 
Boy thats a dwindle. I was about to call aspca for animal abuse but its probably better to call the espn and some other agency to relinquish this behavior modification or call Drifess that abuse place.Hey Its your member so you can play with it all you want.
