Ya i've seen it and his chest is just INSANE, those shoulders too, one thing i will say is that his girlfriend needs to lighten up on the weight and use better form instead of trying to keep up with him. Seeing this vid just makes you realize even more that pictures don't give these guys justice.

i agree. you take them for granted seeing still pictures of them. then you see videos like this one, and you say what the fuck! like ronnies video. the first part when hes making breakfast, you just have to laugh.

Ya i've seen Cost of Redemption and it's insane he's so entertaining to watch, i remember the first time i saw Ronnie Coleman the Unbelievable i was blown away that a human could look like that! I mean skin THAT paper thin but still being that strong, it's just nuts, i'd love to be that big and conditioned and strong! lol I've seen lee Priest's one video and he's got some HUGE legs on him, his forearms are also unreal. I've got art atwood's video, i bought it OFF him actually, lol And he is another mass monster, i've seen pics of him and thought he was big but nothing special compared to other guys, but in person MAN he's a freaky fuck, his calves are just nuts 21 1/2 inches i believe, and his chest is gigantic.

Simone is amazing. Seeing her incline press 315 for reps just a few weeks out from contest is increadable. Markus himself says that his form isn't exactly "correct", but works for him. Like I have always said, "big boys need big toys", and she qualifies.

I dunno about that, i mean you have to keep in mind wouldn't your ego explode to new proportions if you competed in the olympia? I think everyone's would. You wanna talk ego Gustavo Badell is gettin a HUGE one, to the point that other competitors where complaining that he wouldn't move out of center stage till he was asked a couple times. Jay Cutler is another one that just makes me wanna puke, with some of the shit that comes out of his mouth, "i'm the all american guy, blah blah blah".

yeah i really dont like cutler either....when he talks. i didnt see the ruhl video. ronnie is funny. there isnt a fucking thing going on in his head, except food and lifting.

thats not the impression that i got from him either. he seems like a good natured happy guy to me. keep in mind english is his second language and he could say things that we wouldn't say, not knowing they are unacceptable in the US.

One thing that i was shocked at when i started watching some of these videos is the guys voices, i dunno i guess i expected these deep manly voices then i hear Shawn Ray and Ronnie talk and i start laughing, lol. Ya you can really see how Ronnie reduced his gut in Cost Of Redemption, by training abs year round, ALSO i heard about this the other day, he is now using Pure Vitargo to carb up with, as is 5 out of 10 of the top guys. This is one of the reasons he looked so insane at the last olympia, he looked freaky without the gut.
