is it true that the ephedra ban has been lifted and if so does anyone know when it might be available on the market

Dude, I know alot of peeps love Ephedra but if you really knew the truth (Not just what you hear) :uhoh: you prob wouldnt take the shit.
It causes some serious inner scarring in the heart and can lead to a bad painfull
heart attack that can last a while.... Not an instant thing...
Im not trying to give anybody some lecture... It's just for those who don't know..
I have a buddy that works in the Diet & Nutrition Med Area and he was telling me some bad shit about it... But to each there own.. More power to you! :thumbsup:

Before it was banned I used it 8 years str8...........Im sure sides are possible as with any substance but damn I love that stuff.

If your soooooo worried, get ephedrine sulfate. I use that and luv it. I use it over ephedra and ephedrine HCL.
