I don't know why I haven't posted this sooner but it seems like I have a labrum tear in my left shoulder. This is the same shoulder that I used to have chronic subluxation in when I was in high school (2 surgeries corrected this problem).
I've only done legs and cardio for the past 3 weeks, and half-assed at that. It sucks guys.
I'm waiting for a MRI but the xrays show that my sholder is not lined up properly and all my symptoms point to a labrum tear.
It happened when I was playing football. I tried to throw out a block and all I could get on the guy was my arm. I kinda stuck it out backhand up, like I was throwing a wild-looping straight-arm punch.
I felt the whole top of my should pop, tear and give completely out.
Hopefully I can get the MRI done this week and get whatever needs to be done, done.
Anyone else have this and how far did it set you back in the gym?
