cardio days

Normally, the way my schedule works is that I do cardio on separate days from hittin the weights. Since i'm trying to cut for the MOST part, what should I be eating on these cardio days. I normally run 3-4 miles :drooling:
 
I wouldnt change my diet from the lifting days. Post your diet and let us take a look at it. You could cut your carbs down from what you taken in during your lifting days if you wanted to expediate the process.
 
be careful not to cut the carbs too much because you'll need some for energy and to replace the glycogen lost from running.... like Fonz said poist your diet to give us an idea of what you're eating now.
 
hey would it be okay if i ate flax seed tortilla chips instead of brown rice? theyre good shit and theyre great for you... no flour... all corn , flax seed, and like... canola oil and stuff
 
Those are all good healthy fats that you mentioned, they will help stay lean, include some fish oil too or hemp good stuff bro....
 
gonna post my diet also, im trying My Daily Diet:
Breakfast- 8 eggwhites, 2 sausage patties, 1/2 cup grapenuts
with 1%milk. 56gms protein
3hrs later-protein shake half water/half milk 60gms protein
Lunch-2 chicken breasts 60gms protein with broccoli
3hrs later-Lg pack of tuna 40gms protein
PreWO- protein shake 55gms protein
PWO- Double on protein shake, 1 cup cottage cheese- 135gms protein
Dinner- Lg grilled chicken salad 30gmsto cut right now and i do cardio 4x week 25-30mins.
Thinking about running some clen and an eca... opinions on anything i need to change?
