CEE?

ohhhh damn... this stuff tastes absolutely raunchy but I drank it anyways. HOLY SHIT... all I can say is that its a LOT better than Creatine Mono., doesnt bloat, and gives you LUDACRIS recovery between sets... stuffs amazing... any other input? :D
 
CEE does give me a really good pump while working out, but I'm not gaining weight from it. I always gained some weight when I used the monohydrate form.
 
I've been on it for a few weeks now and I'm still waiting and hoping for some change... I have to say I haven't noticed a thing

Here's my story about CEE...

I started out as the directions say but as MS says, I didn't notice anything. So I bumped up the dose by half a serving two more times a week. I was only taking it on workout days but now evety weekday.

Since then I've noticed these blotchy white rash-like scabs all over my penis with a pusy-white discharge.

I can't think of one thing I've changed in my diet or routine for this to happen, except for the creatine?
 
you can try blaming that on the Creatine JW and see if you're girl buys the story but I'm not buying it.... get yourself to the Doctor before it falls off

I don't have a problem with responding, but this is what other users were supplementing their creatine with.
 
Ive read were on occasion a non responder would have to take 6 grams plus per day. It works great on me at even 1 gram before a workout.
 
Cyphon, by 'works great,' what do you mean? It gave you great pumps or it helped you gain weight or both? I get terrific pumps in the gym from CEE (took 3g /day), but I have not gained any weight from it. I always gained weight with monohydrate. To verify this, I switched back for a couple of days--sure enough, my weight is creeping up again. Do you think I may have to take 6 or more grams of CEE to get it to 'work' like that for me?
 
I really dont think you'll see too much weight gain from CEE........it doesnt draw in the amount of water monohydrate does......When I say it works I mean I can sqeeze out a few more reps in a set and recover faster.

Monohydrate always gave me a moon face. I never cared for water weight and therefore I stay away from dbol, anadrol and even creatine monohydrate.

Im using the CEE along with anavar 50mg/day and the results are superb. Pumps are good but I always get good pumps anyway. I like the fact that it keeps my muscle feeling and looking full.

I also get that full effect by putting glycerol in my gatorade for enhanced blood volume and hydration.
