OK guys i need some help, I weigh approx 180 low carbed at 5'10 i think im approx 9-10% bodyfat cuz when i stop my 3 gallons of water a day obliques and abs look nice n tight. Well im TRYING to eat about 2000 calories a day but im soooo fucking hungry especially post workout at night and if I do good with that ill wake up in the middle of the night and TEAR DOWN THE HOUSE. My diet is about 280-300 grams pro 40 grams fat and carb cycling . I try to stick by these guidlines but i fuck up all the time and binge. NO igf only sups i take are vitamins and r-ala. I dunno whats the problem i always get AT LEAST 25 grams of fiber a day and i drink 3 gallons of water. Im having so much trouble with this Today im already at 3k cals and ready for more. HELP A BROTHA OUT!!!
