Problem with hunger

OK guys i need some help, I weigh approx 180 low carbed at 5'10 i think im approx 9-10% bodyfat cuz when i stop my 3 gallons of water a day obliques and abs look nice n tight. Well im TRYING to eat about 2000 calories a day but im soooo fucking hungry especially post workout at night and if I do good with that ill wake up in the middle of the night and TEAR DOWN THE HOUSE. My diet is about 280-300 grams pro 40 grams fat and carb cycling . I try to stick by these guidlines but i fuck up all the time and binge. NO igf only sups i take are vitamins and r-ala. I dunno whats the problem i always get AT LEAST 25 grams of fiber a day and i drink 3 gallons of water. Im having so much trouble with this Today im already at 3k cals and ready for more. HELP A BROTHA OUT!!! :(
 
WOA i jus looked in the mirror my stomach looks like im 6 fuckin months but i got ABS POPIN OUT :) yo all i gotta do is drop the wter to a gallon n carb up n ill explode:) BUT I STILL NEED HELP
 
Is it just sugar cravings or what? If its sugar, throw some splenda into .5lb of cottage cheese and eat that. Its awesome especially late night.
 
... a lil too late ill be good for anouther day or 2.... a lil more then 5 k cals today but 90% clean cals so i hope john berardi is right when he said 70% of excess cals will go twords lean mass in lean ppl
 
Bro, you need to reevaluate your diet since it seems to not be rigt for ya. If your not gonna stick to it i think its time for change to something possible for you, or you can cowboy up and stick it out. But dont cheat and binge your only gonna fail with that.
 
yea I was thinking maybe scince im not gonna bulk till about end of aug ill bump up my calories to aound 2300-2400 and diet off slower but ive always been afraid i been dieting low calorie that it slowed my metab but im guessing that my body needs more cals cuz i check fitday and i says my body burns 3700 kcal on most days so il bump it up and see whats good
 
Dropping excessive amounts of calories can and does slow down the metabolism. Its called set point theory, your body has a natural set point to where it will try to stay. If you diet down, it will slow down to hold onto fat and if you eat a ton it will speed up to try to burn it off. Also, your natty test levels are going to be realllllllllll low with that low of Kcals and that will have your body storing fat.
 
i feel better with more kcals in my diet... even though im starting small with only 300 increase i feel my body not craving so bad. Im jus gonna go with 400 grams protein per day 100 grams carbs pre post workout including mixed vegies throught the day and about 64 grams fats and maybe ill drop the fats low and bump the carb intake to compensate maybe every 3-4 days(carb load if you will). Hows that sound fonz and btw my fat intake is beyond excellent (fish oil, salmon, ground flax, Hemp, and a bit of sat from steak and egg yolks here and there..)

I just changed my diet and cleaned it up 3 weeks ago to something that was a lot easier for me to maintain. Maybe only 85% Clean, but I can do it 100% of the time and consistency is key. If I try to stick with 100% Clean I'll crash after 2 weeks.

Change it up to something else bro'

nice brotha', thats 85% better than most people's diet. conistency is what will get you there, nothing else.
 
your right tho when i do fuck up on the diet slightly my blood sugar drops and i get maddd dhungry. BUT for now on not counting th 10 french toast and bigass bowls of icecream/cereal i had ima stick with my diet good and make it more livable. A weekend of liquer and yayyo will make a man hungry as hell :)
