help please

been on a cycle for 10 weeks going off in 2 more weeks.......
i was on
750 of sus
600 eq
winstrol every other day

my diet is pretty strict...i had pretty good gains...but i had been off from bodybuilding for about 2 yeaars because of a shoulder injury....when i was 24 i was about 265 with about 6% bodyfat....Now im 30 years old and my weight is 230 with about 9 to 11 percent...well i have a question i have already asked and didnt get a real answer so ill ask again...i really want to try t3 and clen

After i go off my cycle in 2 weeks i want to start t3 and clen for about 2 weeks and then im going to run novidex
1st 40 a/d
2nt 30 a/d
3rd 20 a/d

please help me with this.... thanks
 
Id start it NOW... trust me from experience... T3 eats muscle, Ive been on for a little more than a week and look flat all over. So what I would do, is run the Clen/T3 now partner. And technically run it for the next 4 weeks considering the esters will still be present 14 days after your last inject which means that you could still be using Clen/T3 during that time. After that I wouldnt use T3, but, keep the Clen in there, it will keep you from going anti-catabolic. Now do me a favor, tell us how your gains have been while on this cycle?
 
ill tell you what i have done...about a month before i started working out my weight was about 243 and i have no clue what my bodyfat was.. i went on a diet and got down to 216....and then i started some prop sus and eq... quit the prop after the 3rd week and just used the sus eq and started the winstrol in week 8...i have no water on me at all...my weight now is about 230....my strength has went up but im not pushing heavy weights because of my shoulder....actually i feel more of a pump lifting light then i do heavy....at 1 time my squat was 785 for 10 rips bench was 465 for like 5 rips
military press 315 for 10 rips behind the neck...my next cycle well put me up to about 250 im hoping with solid muscle gains and no water gains!

If u r really worried about sacrificing muscle while using t3 dont go above 50mcg however long u plan on running it. I dont go any longer than 6 weeks, but i have ran it more than once. As for clen i dont go over 100mcg and i run it around 6-7weeks with ketotifen or diphenhydramine. This will keep the effects of the clen fresh and strong and u probably wont have to cycle off and on...hope this helps
 
Im not going to go above 25mcg and only going to use for 3 weeks. My question is... is it ok to use two different kinds of Clens in one day? One brand of Clen I have makes me shake like hell and the other doesnt. You think using 60mcg of the "shaky" Clen at 8am and 60mcgs of the other clen at 2pm is do-able?
 
I also use the 200 mcg clen pills and I have found them to work great.

Be sure to ramp up to 120 mcg a day. I start with 25 mcg and add 25 mcg every three or four days and stop when I get to 125mcg a day. That will be about two and a half weeks. You want to ramp up because your body stops responding to the dosage of clen and you need to add more. If you start at 120 mcg, you will probably bet the shakes and in a few days you won't get as much bang from the clen.

I usually get the most response in the first week (maybe 5-6 pounds) and then some in the second week (maybe 3-4 pounds) and then very little in the third week. I am 12 days in now and down 8 pounds, and I will probably stop at two weeks or so.

I would recommend running it with some gear.

I am considering doing the same thing in a few weeks and see if I can cut another ten pounds or so.
