Does your gym use AC??

The small gym I used to go to was like that. They actually did have A/C, but for some reason it was not strong in the weight room. Now I go to a place that has A/C for sure--much better.

I have an AC at both places I go. Thinking back to our HS gym, damn that was brutal during the summer.

you bet your ass theres an AC at my gym... i wouldnt want to work out at a gym with no AC if the temp was 85+ with a dewpoint over 70... it would be like working out with satan.

Yeah, mine does but I wish they wouldnt b/c then all these little punks who like to sit and talk on there phone would go elsewhere.

I like it cold when I work out and my old gym had issues when they added more space. Some days it was unbearable.
