Guys I just found out im going to Canada in 2 weeks from the 29th-3rd. I wanna stick with my diet... but im going with a ton of friends and were gonna be drinking a ton of beer and Jack and probably end up going out for pizza every night.. any suggestions for not gaining a whole lot while im away because ive made it this far and I dont want to reverse all the fat ive lost. I seriously doubt we'll be hitting up any gyms up there too. :upset:
