hey sonoma, no question is a dumb question if someone learns by it.
EFA's are found in these foods-sea foods(shrimp,cod), sea greens(kelp), leafy greens|(spinach,brussel sprouts), whole grains(13 grain wheat breads), nuts(almonds,cashews), and seeds(sunflower and pumpkin).
Other types are omega 3's fish oils and omega 6 which are flaxseed oil and sesame oils.
so hope this helps, a basic search of foods containing EFA's are available all over the net or at any health food store, im sure they will be willing to be more specific at which contaion the most and which ones dont.
