Hi I have been visiting the board for a while and have decided to register now as there is some quality information. I am a competitive bodybuilder from Northern Ireland. I am currently 227 lbs in good shape as I competed 2 months ago. I am now in serious training for a number of contests next year. I am a moderator over at the darkside which is a new forum for hardcore bodybuilders and crazy mofos so if anybody would like to visit you are more than welcome.
