eca, and carbs while off

Ok so I am pretty lean right now. I went fron 205 on Feb 12 to 174-178lb current. My stomach is 32'' and my heigh is 5'11''. I am pretty vascular around my shoulders and arms. Very happy with my progress. How ever because I am naturally skinny my legs lost a shitload of size to them. So my question to you would be. I am about 4 week post cycle and now two weeks post clen. How many carbs should I be eating if I want to start eca again while off my cycle?? I want to get as shredded like tuna :D then I want to do a lean bulker to get my legs looking normal again!
 
Your carb, can be determined by how active you are during the day, You need the carb to function right during if very active,...Would recommend cuttin it around 6pm and just up the protein for the rest and also during the day.... my two cents
 
If your still wanting to cut down from where you r now, i would say add some EFA's and protein and cut carbs to just 3X during the day. Like when you first get up and PWO and the meal after and thats it. Whatz your diet look like now?
 
i KEEP hearing people say to cut my carbs after 6pm? well what if I work out at six and get home at 7:30 dont you have to eat carbs simple carbs post work out?
 
You would want to eat carbs PWO def. The reasoning for cutting carbs usually at that time is b/c the body is winding down for the night and so carbs are much more easliy assimilated to fat then and after.
