A few questions on insulin

I used humalog for 4 weeks postworkout for 5 days a week. It worked great. I was on some Deca, anavar which helped. I didn't eat as much as I think I should of. I usually had a big protein shake and a carb drink right after (80g carbs, 50 g pro) but my appetite was usually diminished, and I only could manage a protein bar and maybe a bowl of oatmeal or cereal withijn the 4 hrs. I never went hypo, but I should probably eat more protein and carbs, right? Also, I have a bottle of Humilin R that I plan on using. Should I eat differently using this as opposed to Humalog. After my Huma shots, I ate immed., then ate 1hr later, and again 2 hrs after that. Same for humilin?
Back to eating, should I just "pig out" for the full 4 hrs after a shot? I mean, just try and keep eating? Also, is it more imortant to eat whole foods after a shot. If I use post wo, sometimes I puke, and am nauseous after a big leg or back session. It's hard to keep food down. Should I just pound protein shakes? Any suggestions for an appetite stimulant (and don't say growth)?

Hi bro here is apiece I wrote for our site a while ago, I always use Humulin R and have experimented with every method possible and this definitely works best If you don't understand anything feel free to ask for clarification

Here is some info on the use of insulin, its in my usual slightly erratic style.

Insulin has often been touted as the most anabolic hormone in the body and if used correctly it can have great mass building effects. I know of many people who use it several times a day but I would disagree with this. I have spoken to a number of pro bodybuilders and top level amateurs and they all agree that using it at any time other than post-workout will just lead to excess fat accumulation which we don't want. So the basic dosing strategy is after exercise only. This is because exercise upregulates insulin receptors and thus the anabolic effect is created. The brand to use is the rapid acting one, the guidelines I am giving do not relate to the longer acting insulins so you use them at your own risk.
The best dose of insulin is 1i.u. per 10 kgs of bodyweight, so if you are 90 kg you would use 9i.u. of insulin. If you have not used it before you should start with 4i.u and work up by 1 i.u. every 3 days until you reach the required dose to see how you respond to it. Always play safe children.
Although I said to use it post workout this is not strictly true, it is best used 15 minutes befor ethe end of your workout and then immediately after take in your recovery drink. This is because the insulin will take a little longer to peak than the drink so this eliminates that shitty feeling you can get. I have tried a number of timing strategies and this definitely works best.
Now onto the recovery drink, this must consist of 10 grams of simple carbs and 5 grams of protein per i.u. of insulin. My favourite drink is 3 scoops of chemical nutrition pro-recover and 21/2 scoops of mega gainer or similar cheap sugary weight gainer. This shake contains about 900 calories and will keep you safe.
You must eat another good solid meal 90 minutes later, I usually have steak and potatoes, and make sure to eat big. A further precaution is to keep a bottle of lucozade on hand if you feel light headed get it down you.
Do not go to sleep after taking insulin you must control your insulin levels with the shake and subsequent meal.
Insulin can be used alone as an excellent bridge to hold size when off.
It is especially potent when combined with IGF-1 but be very careful. I have detailed this in my IGF sticky so read before you use the two together.
If you want to use insulin a few times a day you really need to use GH to keep the fat off, but I believe you should just use it after training.
Insulin is cheap and effective but can be dangerous unless you follow these guidelines.

What about HCA? I've read it helps fight fat with slin shots. This would be good as I am considering 2x shots a day (1 first think am, 1pwo)
Should I aim for a certain amount of carbs and protein in meal 2? 3?
 
I take in around 70 grams of carbs in each meal and this has always done the trick. Just keep a sugary drink or weight gainer to hand in case hypo starts to set in. It is a great size builder if used properly so play safe bro.
 
So in starting out first time, you say to begin with 4 iu, but since IGF amplifies it, perhaps 2 iu + the igf would be better then, right?
 
Preferably try it a few days without the IGF until you get used to it as I have found slin is very unpredictable with IGF I went hypo 5 hours after my shot and it is supposed to have cleared your system in 4 hours. If you must start the IGF while on slin definitely start with 2 iu and never go above 6 unless you are one big nofo. I am a fairly lean 233 lbs so thought I could handle 7 iu of slin with my IGF 3 hours of shaking and eating every sugary thing in sight tells me to stick to 5 iu which I can handle.
 
I really love that "I do it all in the name of science" signature you have. Appreciate all the info. I'm still wondering at what point excess protein would be converted to fat? Wouldn't it make sense to just pile on the protein?
 
All excessive calories will turn to fat unfortunately.But excessive calories also lead to extreme muscle growth, I will gladly put on a few lbs of fat to gain a lot of muscle then a good diet for 6 weeks will sort out the fat gain and you will be one big ripped mofo. When using slin it is best to use IGF or GH to keep the fat down as you will be ingesting a lot more cals. I love it for the added size it gives.
ANd yes I am a walking experiment
 
Thats interesting. Lately I have noticed that I don't even gain fat that easily anymore (I'm 5'9", 225 and I have abs) because my metabolism is so high. Even if I do, its easy to burn. I think I will try and shoot slin 2x a day next time, 1 in the morning, 1 pwo. Don't care if I get fat, t3 and clen will fix me.

If you have a fast metabollism then it is definitely the drug for you, its the best way for someone with a really fast metabollism to gain in my opinion and from what I have seen of some guys with crazy metabollic rates it works well
