I am constantly in debates with my local politicians who support the new legislation for supplements being introduced.........They keep justifying pharm companies ability to better "Educate" the public on supplements than supp companies are currently doing.

My argument is how? You have pharm reps going from doctor to doctor promoting dangerous drugs with fancy marketing and cute looking pamphlets.......Not to mention TV commercials.

With the healthcare crisis affecting companies like ford and GM, making them unable to compete with foriegn (healthy) countries like japan, you would think they would promote healthy eating and supplementation..........but the fact is........even if ford and GM go under it's still more profitable to have an unhealthy america hooked on garbage foods which makes it neccesary for harmful drugs that have to be taken for life......... Lets face it....One unhealthy person is worth alot of money to the pharm industry and the government.

This is why they get us sick young........Look at the unhealthy population of young adults. Fatter and more sedentary than ever........Talk about investing in an unhealthy future.
