Cheat meal thoughts....

Is it wrong that I'm planning my weekly cheat meal months in advance?

Also, I was seriously considering this, let me know wht you think....

I go to the local mall and eat one thing for each place in the food court. QP from McDonalds, Whopper from BK, 6-inch meatball from subway, stuffed slice from Sbarro, chease steak from Steak Escape, a small bowl of orange chicken from Manchu Wok, a cinnibun from Cinnibun and a Orange Julious from the orange julious stand.

Is that cheating the cheat meal? I seriously think I could eat all that within an hour or so.
 
Haha....I don't think you understand "cheat meal". What u have listed is a gorgefest (not that I don't like what u listed :D)
Maybe one or two of those places is a more realistic cheat meal. What u listed is a post contest binge!
My cheat meals were pretty bad last time I dieted and I'm an ecto and it still affected my results. I don't want to make that mistake again.
 
I came home last night and ate 8 slices of pizza and 10 chicken wings followed by chocolate milk.

I felt like complete crap after and wished I didn't do it but I was out cycling for an hour and when you come home that tired to a table full of hot pizza, you just can't help it.

I think with a cheat meal like you have planned, you might want to keep it to once a month.
 
When I am dieting properly a cheat meal consists of at least 5000 calories, your body can't handle most of it so you just lose it in the toilet but you satisfy all your cravings for another week. I think a lot of people feel guilty and don't cheat enough in their cheat emal and lots of little cheats is actually much worse than one big one every week or two.
 
Well, if you gonna go all out which is fine, i would def restrict it to less than EW. I would def go 2X month and eat whatever you want for your cheat.

For Ex, I'll sit and eat a whole cheesecake by myself but not before eating 5, 1lb hambuggers with as many fries as I can stuff myself with and I'll wash it all down with milkshake or 2. Or I may have 3 large pizzas by myself with as many beadsticks i can hold before exploding, lol.

The thing with these meals is that doing them 1 a week for me at least is too often. Your looking to shock your system not build a habit outta it.
 
I challenge you to an eating contest da_fonz. You seem like you can eat. What will it be, how many 4X4's at In and out we can eat in 1 hour.

Anyone else want in on this?
 
You guys are crazy! I am not sure that I could eat all of what you are describing even when I am bulking.

I always cheat a bit on the weekend because it is harder for me to avoid food. But i don't go crazy with things, just a treat here and there. Basically, i eat enough on a day so my metabolism doesn't readjust. If I don't cheat, then I end up eating less and less and losing less and less.

I usually do very short cutters - only two or three weeks (I am starting a short two week cutter on Monday). It is nice b/c I can drop some fat quickly (and some water and other weight), but I can see the end of it and don't worry too much about not eating what I want to eat.

I also don't want to gain too much fat when bulking (though I sometimes do).
 
Doc it is actually more counterproductive to cheat here and there as it upsets your blood sugar levels and makes you more succeptible to storing fat so it is better to go all out. Agree with Fonz that every 2 weeks would be better or as I do whenever I know my metabollism has shut down, when I don't feel hungry even though I'm dieting and I know I should be hungry, sometimes after a week sometimes after 3 its quite strange but once you get to know your body you learn to listen to it
 
Be careful bro, i have never been beaten at eating and I have been asked to leave an all you can eat restaurant before.
 
Yeah but this is just me but I wouldnt want the body to not absorb the carbs from my cheat meal and isnt that essentially what that supp is trying to do?
