What Routines for Huge Arms?

i would suggest training

NEVER GET INJECTIONS.

all you need to do is train best way to get results and they last and look better to and you dont have to worry about damaging your body. now if if you have big forearms it makes your arm look huge and strong no matter how big your bicep is and forearm is a very useful muscle you use it for curl along with your bicep and makes easier to do curls. now i suggest you going and getting you some freeweights and have a little table and lay your arm on it or rested on it with the arm past the elbow hanging off on the other side so you dont use your body in your exercise just your arm. now you can curl and get biceps built and you can do wrist curls from that position and i also suggest you get some handgrips cause you can squeeze them at anytime and they work really well.. your forearms will get huge and the i would say your forearms are probably one of the fastest muscles i have seen in repairing itself. i used to squeeze them until i could not squeeze anymore with each arm and come back 30 minutes later and do more reps then 30 minutes ago so i think forearms are probably the easiest to build especially since it does not really feel like a workout. but when doing this make sure you pay attention to the size difference in each arm and make sure you do not do more reps with one arm than the other unless one is already smaller and your trying to make that one bigger so they match

Here is a piece I posted on our site a while back
I fully believe arms should be trained on their own as you are not fit to train them effectively after a major bodypart, I added 1 1/2 inches to my arms in 7 months of training them alone. I added a 5th day to my training for them but if you prefer to train 4 days you will be able to incorporate it into this.

Arms should always be trained using supersets to up the intensity. My workouts either consist of supersetting my tricep exercises or supersetting bis with tris both work well but of late I favour supersetting my tris and then doing my bis in the same manner.

Routine 1-
Warm up tris with pressdowns- the straight bar is better than the rope in my opinion

4 supersets- Pressdowns (palms facing away from you) and reverse grip pressdowns (palms facing you) Aim for 6-8 reps of each exercise really concentrating on the squeeze not just trying to move the weight. Do not rest between the superset then take 90 seconds (ish) rest before the next set.

4 supersets- Lying e-z bar tricep extensions (done on an incline bench as this keeps constant pressure on the inner head) supersetted with close grip bench presses with the same bar. Again concentrate on the squeeze and don't hyperextend the arms and do not rest between the superset.

4 supersets- Dumbell tricep extension behind the head you can do these one or two handed whichever feels comfortable, supersetted with kickbacks again one or two handed and you can do these with cables or dumbells or mix it up from time to time.

Biceps and forearms- 4 sets of each
Alternate dumbell curls (seated or standing) supersetted with close grip cable curls

Preacher curls (db or bar) supersetted with wrist curls (db or bar)

High cable curls (on cable crossover like doing a front double bicep pose) supersetted with dumbell hammer curls.

Again concentrate on squeezing the muscle rather than throwing up the weight.

And here is part 2

Right here is my other arm routine as promised. This routine also involves supersetting but this time doing a bicep and tricep exercise as the superset. I am about to start doing this routine now for a change.
Exercise 1- Tricep pressdowns supersetted with standing dumbell curls 4 sets.
Exercise 2- Lying incline tricep extensions with e-z bar supersetted with close grip cable curls 4 sets
Exercise 3- One arm reverse grip pushdowns supersetted with one arm dumbell preacher curls 4 sets
Exercise 4- Dumbell kickback supersetted with concentration curls

Again concentrate on the squeeze rather than the weight.

Also i recommend doing site injections with prop winstrol or even better IGF I know most people argue that site injections do not increase muscle size but my personal experience is different. I wouldn't put in any heavy oils though as they hurt to much and tend to impede your training

More isnt necessarily better you want to develop those massive guns leave the iso crap alone and stick to the "bread and butter" movements, bar curls, cheat curls, preacher curls, and remember your arm is 2/3 triceps so dont neglect them. Skull crushers, weighed dips, close grip bench, heavy overheaed extensions.

Here is where difference of opinion sets in, I believe in variation myself, just an example 4-6 weeks of the "bread and butter" movements, then 2 weeks all out 20 sets for bis and 20 sets for tris, I am always changing routines so i am constantly in an anabolic state, just by changing workouts hormonal manipulation is totally possible and i am a firm believer and walking proof of it.

stick with the basics and switch it up every 4-6 weeks. Just give it some hard work and patience...they will grow. Also make sure you're eating enough cals & protein.

Keep it simple. Don't get elaborate......

BICEPS
Heavy Barbell Curls
More Heavy Barbell Curls
More Heavy Barbell Curls
Then Follow Up With Heavy Barbell Curls

TRICEPS
Weighted Dips
Heavy Overhead Tricep Extension
Heavy Tricep Pulldowns

FOREARMS
Heavy Reverse Curls

SHOULDERS
Heavy Barbell Shoulder Press
More Heavy Barbell Shoulder Press
You can add in some heavy barbell shoulder presses if you want to change it up a bit.

Work your back. It will build big arms and big biceps.

- Heavy T-Bar Rows
- Lat Pull Ups (Wtf is a lat pulldown? Pull yourself up, not some light pansy weight attatched to some girly cable machine)
- Bent Over Barbell Rows
- Chin Ups

LOTS OF HEAVY BARBELL WORK

oh.

And eat like an animal. Then when think you're finally eating enough. DOUBLE IT.

Good Luck Bro'
