How do the pros like Lee Priest loose so much bodyfat so quickly before competiting??? I mean he looses like 60 or 80 pounds in like 12 to 14 weeks??? How the hell do those guys do it?? I know its drugs.... but what? I mean is it T3?? what do they take like 200 or 300mcg plus a day?? How else can they eat 6000 calories a day to just maintain, when the rest of us eat 2500 or 3000?? What about there diet?? They dont go no carb for weeks?? Anyone know the answers to this?? What kind of drugs do they use> There is obviously something the rest of us are missing out on?? I mean theroretically.... we could use a 1000mg of TESt, cut our calories to 1500 a day and do cardio 5 days a week and loose like 3 or 4 pounds of fat without much muscle loss a week right?? Anybody know any answers to therse questions.... it would help alot of people out! Thanks

You know how hard it is to build muscle, but then if you stop and lose it and then get back in the gym again, you put the size back on instantly? The same with fat loss. Once you do it regularly, it is very easy to lose fat quickly.
Add to that a very tough diet (it's horrendous), T3, clen, eca and GH combined and sometimes DNP, and you get the picture.
Here's an article that I wrote that details competiton dieting/training/gearing:

Using that program I have got people from 20%bf to comp shape in 9 weeks.

Wow Big A that was a great article!!! Very impressive and that is what I was looking for. Would you suggest adding any DNP to that??? Maybe 200mg a day for 3 or 4 weeks? Thanks again. Great post

good article,...hey BigA, would recommend the same routine for a guy who is not competiing, but would like to loose the bf%,...just to stay in shape...

Of course. All that routine does is to make you lose fat extremely quickly. It is up to you want you want to do with your body after that - compete, show off, etc :)

Big A your the man bro. Thanks for the help. BTW, in your opinion.... whats the upper limit on taking T3??? What would you not want to go over so that you wont permantly mess your thyroid up??? 200mgc?? Then taper down slowly?? Thanks

There has been NO evidence of T3 shutting down the thyroid permanently anywhere. It's all hearsay and theory.
Still, I personally don't like to go over 100mcg/ day because I see the muscle dissapearing above that.

I would hate the way I would feel if i ran t3 @ that high, 200mcg is overkill imo. 100mcg should easily do the trick, and I get where I need to be @ 75mcg.

Great info guys!! Thanks again Big A. Yup i have heard without enough gear that t3 will chew up the muscle. Other than Test... whats the best AAS for muscle sparing with training hard and lowered calories?? D-bol? Primo? etc?

thanks Big A, I'm thinking of running this just the way you posted just to test myself and see how I look... I plan on starting racing again (running) so I want to add a little lean muscle but really just get shredded so I'm carrying less weight

I have to agree. Since getting down to 9.6%, when I've gone back up for any period of time, I seem to be able to easily get it back down. Now if I can just get a little further....

Great info, BigA.

I thought all the pros were all on arimidex to keep that look, or a combination of arimidex and a fat burner..

Arimidex is shit. Femara destroys it.
