whole milk or skim milk

ok well i read somewhere think might have been on this site. someone said to to drink skim milk instead of whole milk. well because everytime my parents go shopping they get whole milk but if skim milk is better ill try to get them to get skim milk for me. so can you please just tell me what is better for building muscle or gaining weight.

i will be buying the 10 lb bag and taking 4 times instead of the recommended 3 on the instructions.

I also see people on here taking MG of stuff in cycles well what is the stuff that they are taking and what does the stuf do. and is it good for you or like steriods. and is it expensive becasue i want to get big but im not planning on going to any competitions. and about creatine is that a steriod type thing or bad for you? because i hear alot of people talking about taking it or are taking it and seeing good results with it along with there routine

Your link links to whey protein by optimum nutrition. What does that have to do with skim or whole milk??? Not sure what you meant by MG. We are natural in this site. Drug free lol
 
i use to drink whole milk atleast a gallon a day some days almost 2 gallons during my early years of bulking and before bodybuilding when i competed in powerlifting and i can say i can attribute alot of my gains to milk,lmao, sounds like BS but i am telling ya milk does do the body good, dont believe in the sugar hype,lol

Never had whole milk but i'd suggest 2% i love the stuff, and if you didn't know Milk is unique in that all the carbs in it are from natural sugars BUT because of the make up of milk they are low glycemic ;)

ok and the MG = miligrams i see people on here taking stuff in cycles guess types of nutrients but they would take and not take again for like a month or 2 or whatever. but i guess i dont have to worry about taking or knowing about that stuff. but they would take lke 500 MG of something or whatever somewhere on the site dont know where. but guess i dont have to worry about it cause costs money dont have money for that stuff.
 
i would go with skim for now bro.... my two cents, as for the MG/milligrams...that is not allowed here or talked about especially where one can get some from...that is not accceptable...just stick to what you have for now and you will be amazed how fast you can grow.....
 
It all depends on what your doin, whole milk has its purpose. I recommend using heavy whipping cream with shakes if ya bulking. Its old school but works.
 
should i stay away from orange juice , soda , and other stuff like grape juice. and all the good tasting stuff lol. because i love drinking milk but it is expensive is skim milk any cheaper? because if it is then i wont have to worry cause then i can just drink milk
 
Skim milk even though it has carbs is good for me for both gaining muscle and loosing fat. You can chug it too!
 
well you still have alot of growing to do buddy...just stick with your home cooked meal and workout 3-4 times a week...eat healthy...get your vitamins, minerals, water...stay away from sugar as much if you can....get 8-9 hours of sleep every nite...you will see results..
 
Drink a gallon of whole milk a day for extreme power and weight gains. This isn't my opinion, its a fact. Don't plan on getting shreded though, just bullish!
 
I wish I could drink milk--damn stuff is great, but I just happen to be allergic enough to it that I can't chug it down like you bros. (not a lactose problem either--it's something else 'cause I can't do it with lactaid-treated milk either.)

I dont know if i would reccomend drinking a gallon of whole milk a day exp if you can not remain lean while putting on size. Remember you cant flex fat, and it doesnt matter how big you are if your fat, guess what. . . . your fat. Eat solid meals, train using compund movements, get your rest, and you'll grow. Keep it simple, its all about remaining consistent.

Let put it to ya like this, would you rather be a lean 190lb or a fat tub o shit 215lber. Well, if you dont know the 190lber will look much larger.
