Ok now that i have your attention with my headline.
Wht ineed is some new sources of protein, I am so sick ofshakes and tuna and cottage cheese..lol
any sources of protein u guys may use allday or week oranything willbe great addition, i need some substitutions, and im starting to hate those damn strawberry flavored shakes..lol

next time im buying vanilla and adding crapto it for variety..lol

thansk guys, also i use about 250-300g a day of it so anything with that is welcome butlow in fat, carbs arent a big deal for me as of yet.

All The Whey... I scored 25lbs of their 20/30 blend for like 72$. At 6 scoops per day it might last 3-4 months. Mix it with ANYTHING... I really like it in orange juice(pre work out) and its even good mixed with 1 cup of coffee and some milk in the blender, kinda like a shake from starbucks.

Trueprotein.com is what i use. I can make any blend(custom) at incredible prices, and the quality is second to none. And they and anything ya want there. Hit them up. Blends, carbs, fats, protein, supps.

these are good answers for protein but i think he was looking for alternate real foods he can eat... i.e. chicken, eggs etc.

I've been eating lots of lean ground beef lately and also been buying pre cooked whole chickens and shredding them up to mix with other things.

Great Source of Protein and Good Meal Replacement is MAX MUSCLE'S Gourmet Chocolate taste like Cake mix almost, I usuallt throw in some rasberries and it is F_ _ _ _ _ _ awsome they also have a Banana and Pinapple that is good for a change. Check them out. It is the best Protein I have ever tasted.

- Ultra-Lean Ground Beef with Salsa Cooked Stovetop
- Chicken With Cheese Slices Melted Inside (Oven)

but don't all those protein drinks have more protein than your body can process in 1 day..someone was talking about that..I do a whey shake everyday mixed with bannana and water..and then I eat an icecream, wait an hour and do the training..

i used allthewhey but trueprotein is MUCH better.. more protein per scoop as well.. about 6g more per 80cc scoop

There is no set amount that a person can digest, its differes for everyone. Ya know, it would be like sayin every1 can only digest 30 grams period. Doesnt matter your height, weight, genetic makeup, nothing. Those stds imho are set by jackasses who have never lifted a single weight in there life.

I have read from research that it takes 2X the amount of protein in comparison to carbs to turn into fat and i have tested it empirically and find it to be true.

I like making myself a huge meatloaf in the night time. 2 lbs groundbeef to 1 lb sausage. No breadcrumbs or anything, just the meat. I eat about half of it for dinner then habe the other half split up between meal #2 and #3 for the next day. It's a great one for low/no carb too.

I like my eggs and cheese with a bit of onion, just to flavor.
